So feel free to browse the links on this site for more information on overcoming job interview weaknesses and other topics pertinent to helping you succeed in your very next interview. For instance --
Did you know that probably the best, most effective ways to highlight your accomplishments during an interview is to use "Success Stories." Many job applicants haven't a clue what a "Success Story" is, let alone how to prepare them and effectively use them during an interview.
An interviewer wants to know the results you have achieved in your career, challenges you overcame, and contributions you made to former employers.
These are the results you delivered to previous employers by working there. The interviewer sees this as potential benefits for his or her company as well.
As you prepare for an interview, be sure you have developed the successful results of projects you worked on, tasks you accomplished. Make sure your “Success Stories” provide specifics (the who, what, where, when...and especially the how) about your accomplishments and the job skills you used to reach them.
Develop an interesting and memorable snapshot. Practice (but don't memorize) what you'll include and how best to say it so that these "Success stories" will help keep you at the top of the interviewer’s thought when he or she makes the decision to hire.
